Terms & Conditions

In order to provide the best service to each and every client, we employ a set of rules and regulations to optimize our functioning. Please familiarize yourself with our rules and regulations prior to your visit.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. This will allow you sufficient time to relax, get changed and  begin treatment on time. We can’t keep others waiting for their treatment, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting! Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

Cancellation

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients.

Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained therapists.

Gift Vouchers

These vouchers are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Our team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.

Special offers and discounts

We often have special offers and discounts regarding our treatments. These are usually theme oriented and usually feature a combination of various treatments. Please remember that treatments vary in duration (described on treatment page), and our special offers that combine them, rely on the treatments original time. Please bear this in mind when making your selection.

Safety Practices

Your wellbeing remains our highest priority.

If you have any cold / flu-like symptoms that may include a runny nose, sore throat, sneezing or a temperature that you please reschedule your appointments. We also ask that you do not bring friends, partners and children to your appointments, as we have been advised to keep clients to a minimum. Furthermore please enjoy the sanitiser and hand cream on entry. Other practices we apply are:

  • Disinfecting all product testers including candles.
  • Hand santisers available all over the salon.
  • Disinfecting all surfaces including hand rails, floors, door handles, chairs etc.
  • All used tools such as stamps, stones or rollers are sterilized after each use
  • We do our own laundry on site so that fabric materials such as towels are always kept fresh and clean for your treatment.
  • We employ the use of dispensable womens underwear and garments for massage treatments
  • If needed we employ face masks
