We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary to benefit our treatments and services we provide. We also try to be open and transparent as to how we handle personal information.

We collect your personal health information directly from you, or from the person acting on your behalf. Examples of the type of personal health information that we collect may include, your name, date of birth, address, health history, records of your visits as well as a history of your visits.

We may use and disclose your personal health information for the following purposes:
- Treat and care for you;
- Receive or directly invoice for your treatment and care (e.g., Insurance declaration, private insurer, others);
- Plan, administer and manage our internal operations;
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent
Informed consent and medical consent:
We look out for your safety as well as ours. Clients presenting themselves with preexisting medical condition, may be required to present a medical consent note from their GP allowing the requested treatment to be carried out at our practice. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this scenario may be more frequent.
You may access and correct your personal records, or withdraw your consent for some of the above uses and disclosures (subject to legal exceptions) by contacting our contact person.
We take steps to protect your personal health and financial information from theft, loss, unauthorized access, copying, modification, use, disclosure, and disposal.
We take steps to ensure that everyone who performs services for us protects your privacy and only uses your personal health information for the purposes you consented.
We will never disclose your information to third parties without earlier consent from you. Certain treatments at Enchanté may qualify for a full or partial restitution through your respective insurance agency. Although we may offer advice and answer questions, it is the clients full responsibility to present given receipts and information to their respective insurance agent/company.
If you choose to pay for your massage with a debit or credit card your information will be passed to our payment processors – SumUp.
We never store your credit card details, it is always processed by third-parties. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
We offer ability to pay on location by Pin, cash and Tikkie – in addition we offer remote payments through secured servers such as Ideal and PayPal
